After School Care Registration 

Fall & Spring Semesters | 2025–2026 

Honolulu Waldorf School offers After School Care (ASC) for all enrolled students (Early Childhood to Grades). The Fall 2025 ASC Program begins on Tuesday, August 12th, and concludes on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, on full school days only. The Spring 2026 ASC Program runs Tuesday, January 6th, through Thursday, May 22nd, 2026, on full school days only. Aftercare is not offered for either semester on noon-dismissal days.

After School Hours 

COST OF PROGRAM: 

• The cost of the program is calculated at $22 per day, per semester, except for Wednesdays. The cost for Wednesday is $27 per day, due to the program’s longer hours. Please see the sign-up chart below. ● Registration is per semester, but invoices will be monthly during each semester’s term. Invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month through FACTS for program payment. 
• Registration for the After School Care Program is non-refundable. Make-up days for absences are only possible if a space is available within the same semester your child is absent. 
• The drop-in fee per day is $30.00 and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, which may be limited depending on the number of children attending. We must adhere to student-teacher ratios set by the Department of Health and Safety. 
• An additional late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute (minimum $5.00 late pick-up fee charge) will apply to the first and second instances of any pick-up that occurs after 5:30 p.m. A third late pick-up will result in the same late pick-up fee charges described above, in addition to a meeting with the school and re-evaluation of your child’s enrollment in the After School Care program.
