26-27 Enrollment & Tuition Assistance Calendar 

– No payment is due at time of re-enrollment. However, re-enrollment is a signed legal agreement obligating payment of tuition and fees outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.

– You will enter payment information (CC or Bank Info) during re-enrollment and charges will automatically be drawn against the account you provide. 

– By re-enrolling, you are agreeing to the $1,000 deposit (financial aid applicants are exempt until awards are issued).

– The $1,000 tuition deposit is due April 15.

– Financial aid applications are due February 28.

– Financial aid award letters will be sent March 31; those families may withdraw without penalty through April 8.

– For families not applying for financial aid that choose to withdraw after re-enrollment, below is the financial obligation timeline:

•  Now – March 31: Tuition deposit due
•  April 1 – July 15: 50% of tuition due
•  July 16 and after: 100% of tuition due

– The Tuition Protection Program (TPP) cost is $500 and is mandatory for all pay payment plans except for the “Payment in Full” plan.

– The “Peace of Mind” plan is provided by FACTS, is seperate from the TPP and is optional. 

– The first tuition payment for all plans is due July 6, 2026, per the Enrollment Agreement.
