Apply to Honolulu Waldorf School!

Please click on the corresponding link below to complete your application. Preschool, Kindergarten and Grades 1-8 all apply through the FACTS system for streamlined information and payment.

Important Instructions for Applying Through FACTS:

1. Please click “Create New Account” at the bottom of the FACTS Parent Portal Login application account.

2. Next, create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

3. Begin your application. You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

4. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee. Once all required fields of the application are complete, select “Review & Submit.” You will then be instructed to pay the $150 application fee.

Our Admissions Process:

Early Childhood (Preschool and Kindergarten)
1. The complete application is received
2. Application is reviewed by faculty
3. A parent interview is scheduled

Grades 1 – 8:
1. The complete application is received
2. Application is reviewed by faculty
3. A parent interview and applicant assessment is scheduled
