School tours offer an introduction to Waldorf philosophy and a guided view of our learning environments. If your child is in attendance, please ensure the presence of two adults. Students applying to Middle School are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.

Tuition Info and FAQ

26-27 Enrollment & Tuition Assistance Calendarย
– No payment is due at time of re-enrollment. However, re-enrollment is a signed legal agreement obligating payment of tuition and fees outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.
– You will enter payment information (CC or Bank Info) during re-enrollment and charges will automatically be drawn against the account you provide.ย
–ย By re-enrolling, you are agreeing to the $1,000 depositย (financial aid applicants are exempt until awards are issued).
–ย The $1,000 tuition deposit is due April 15.
–ย Financial aid applications are due February 28.
– Financial aid award letters will be sent March 31; those families may withdraw without penalty through April 8.
– For families not applying for financial aid that choose to withdraw after re-enrollment, below is the financial obligation timeline:
- ย Now โ March 31: Tuition deposit due
- ย April 1 โ July 15: 50% of tuition due
- ย July 16 and after: 100% of tuition due
–ย The Tuition Protection Program (TPP) cost is $500 and is mandatory for all pay payment plans except for the “Payment in Full” plan.

–ย The first tuition payment for all plans is due July 6, 2026, per the Enrollment Agreement.ย

Admissions Policy and Statement
HWS aims to accept a wide range of students into the school who desire the values and benefits of a Waldorf education. We welcome and include families from diverse social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

Although the school year begins in August, we welcome new students into our classes throughout the year, as space permits.
